Presidential Search Timeline

This is an outline of the search process. Please note the timing is subject to change as the search unfolds:

Summer/Fall: Recruitment – inquiries, nominations, and applications accepted. Storbeck Pimentel & Associates actively recruits ideal candidates with guidance from the Board of Trustees, the search committee, and the Rosemont Community. Input and feedback are welcomed through in-person open forums, the community online survey, and by email to: rosemontpresident@storbecksearch.com

Winter: Assessment – the search committee reviews all applications and selects a number of candidates to interview. Various stages of interviewing and vetting take place.

Spring: Preparing for the new president’s arrival – the board approves the hire of a new president and an announcement is made to the Rosemont Community. A transition plan begins to welcome and onboard the new president.
